Brrr.... They do NOT! They look like poser Chevelles and I HATE when
people mistake my Tempest for one...

You found cars with a BOP block in Pontiacs?!?!? The only cars I have
ever found with this were actually imported from the states or not the
original. While Olds and Buick I have seen with the same as the american
blocks I have only seen Canadian pontiacs with the chevy motors in that
era.

hehe, we do like to mix 'em up eh? Keeps them from predicting us :>

Well, the OHC 6 came in two versions. It was however, an american thing
only. No Canadian car's should have it unless they stole it :>
It was only a pontiac motor true (My tempest had it) and came in the
pontiac lines all over the place. 1966 was the earliest 6 cyl I could
find (Tempest custom Convertable) and this was the 2 Bbl version.
It lasted until about '69 and was most famous in it's second life as the
4 Bbl hi-per version in Firebirds. I don't think it was a very expensive
option though, It was in too many of the non-collectable economy cars.
I think it was the step up from the Iron duke 4 cylinder and not quite
to the 389 (400? when was that switch?). Everyone knew the 326
was a dog ;>
>And heres one more Canadian Only, late 70s Plymouth Caravelle.
>Basically, a Dodge Diplomat.
Eeeek!
>We have what I like to call, the Platypus' of the automotive world. =)
I prefer to think of it as us being more .. umm.. Creative! than the
Americans :>
... And this just in: Suicidal twin kills brother by mistake. Film at 11.
