 Learn to pray.  Learn to meditate.  Learn to listen.  Learn to be aware.

  Share.  Learn to touch.  Spend your days loving.  Try to make amends.
  Be your best friend.  And be a friend to others.  Treat others with love
  in the same manner that you want them to treat you.  Don't do anything
  to or for someone that you wouldn't want them to do to or for you.
  Listen carefully to the words of music that goes "solid gold."
  It is a form of consensus.  It is also called programming.
  You can often listen to songs that have gone "solid gold" and
  imagine that they are being sung to you by a voice in heaven,
  the Great Architect of the Universe, the ONE.  Try it.  :-)
  Proving the existence of the spirit world to the skeptical can be an
  exercise in futility that drains you of positive life-affirming energies.
  Don't allow those who thrive on dragging people down get to you.
  Recognize that all of our yesterdays are in the past and that
  the past is a series of lessons from which we are to learn.
  Our lives are part of a cycle involving birth, joy, suffering, pain,
