A new theortical model, methodology and expert report protocol
have been developed based on a sociology of knowledge approach. It is 
specificly designed to meet the new US Supreme Court criteria for identifying 
valid science.  It is now being used as a basis for expert testimony in a 
custody case involving allegations of child
abuse.  It is being specifically used to analyze the reports of expert 
psychology and social work witnesses to determine if testable, falsifiable 
and refutable theories and methodology (the new standards) were used in 
reaching their respective conclusions. Anyone interested in additional

     What may be the first civil suit against a social worker alleging 
negligence and incompetence in a child abuse case has been filed in Arkansas 
(the first case in Arkansas, that is).  The social worker invloved is 
purported to be one of the top child abuse experts in the State.  Stay tuned!
