In BinkleyTerm 2.60 you can keep Binkley from dialing a particular node by
setting a ModemTrans line with no prefix or suffix.  For example:

HST nodes have the modem type field set to 1 by your nodelist compiler.

In Binkley.Cfg:

ModemTrans 1 /

This will keep Binkley from dialing any node flying the HST flag.
