Understood but I meant the Navy as a whole, organization or entity as
opposed to the people who collectively make up the Navy.  I would probably
bet that there are those in the Navy who come up with some creative ways to
fight the boredom caused by daily routines.  But overall I would think that
daily routines are preferred by those responsible for the overall welfare.
