Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no!  Nothing of the sort!  I would not
dare think of doing anything so draconian!  I much prefer doing
things the old-fashioned way!  Let them be born here, and be free!
Instant citizenship, without the need for taking or passing any
tests, scheduling interviews, etc.  That is the beauty of America!

Of course, Mommy and Daddy would have to return home or face
deportation.  But not the children.  Which raises an interesting
question -

A growing fad in China is for parents to come to the US so that
their child will be born an American citizen.  Then they return to
China, baby in tow.  They can afford to pay for medical services,
so it is not like anybody is sponging off of taxpayers.

This is constitutionally protected, so I reckon this practice
will continue for as long as people continue to make mabies.

Not all countries in the world grant newborns instant citizenship.
The US is one of the few which does.  Piyush "Bobby" Jindal is very
fortunate in that regard, having been conceived in India and born
in the USA.

Should we pass a new constitutional amendment defining what is,
and is not, citizenship?  Think about it.  What is a citizen?
