You may be right. She knows she is really smart. This year she seems
to have put alot of pressure on herself to get total straight A's. Even
if I didn't put A's on her paper if one was wrong she would throw a fit.
She is always the first one done with something. Usually its all right.
But if it is a comprehension thing or thinking skill we are working on
than one is usually wrong and she doesn't want me to see it unless I
am willing to help her so she can be assured in getting it right. I usually
give them alot of chances to correct it. I ask them to do it twice on their
own first. Sometimes its just a matter of making a silly mistake. On the
third time I try to help them to still try and answer it themselves. I
thank you for reminding me about it though. I will try to work with her on
 it again.
