Poe has since said his took the SDL without problem, guess it was just
a glitch his end.

Your not wrong, when i first got my Courier i logged on to a system
and thought i'd check out the diags, '+++' and i got the dreaded 
'NO CARRIER', took me a few go's before i woke up that it was the
switch setting.

I doubt it would be the switch but you never know.
