When Jason was asking about how to send csplit, i started on one and got
about half way done with it(or so i think:)), but had to pack it in for a
while with the silly season pressures. After Christmas i will probably get
back to it though.
Mind you, that list of demands which just took me a minute to trim, makes
it look like i only have the #includes there.. ;-)

I think 3 and 4 are an overkill, Csplit was made for exactly that purpose.
