NOTE! I said renamed, that doesn't imply any differences.
They were forced to rename QEDIT because the name clashed with somebody
elses registered name.  The last version of QEDIT carrying that name is
v4.0. At the same time TSEJR4 was released which is exactly the same
program but carrying the new name.  TSE stands for The Semware Editor
and "JR" stands for the shareware version that QEDIT always was.
Then there are the TSE and TSE Pro which are the DOS editors and the
new TSE Pro/32 which is for Windows 95 and NT.  None of these are
shareware but commercial versions.
Oh how I wish that somebody from Semware was here to answer questions
like yours but I haven't seen anyone in a loooong time.
