Sorry about that Chris. He has been notified by the backbone operators
and investigation into the circumstances of this situation is ongoing at
this time.  Quite possibly he is totally innocent of the disruption as
several origins have been used.  This is just another instance of Packet
Ramming performed by emotionally arrested juveniles for their own
interests.  Ignore it as best you can.
