This is a bogus argument, Mark. The President has a plan, so we can argue
about it. However, the President doesn't have a plan, so we can't.

You tell me another way he could propose it. AFAIK, the President's
Commission to Strengthen Social Security was pretty clear in proposing
annuity purchases.

The President's "all options are on the table" is bullshit.
