    Well all I can say is I have been cutting 3/4" glass all month. I have
not touched my two 5/8" mirrors.
  I am ready for 9 mic on both. They look real good, and have a great angle
reflectivity. I have looked
at reflections through my screened porch in the sun bouncing off the mirror
at a deep angle. The lines from
the reflection look straight all the way to the edge. I know it is hard to
see a turned edge by the eye but
the edges look fine.
I am still cutting the 3/4"  and I will stash pieces until I can round
them out. I need to get back to finishing my two curves. I am close to the
polishing stages which will consume much time. I did order and recieve
some red rouge from Willmann Bell, I understand that this stuff is real
messy but cuts real slow and is
good for the parabolic dig...once you get that great sphere that smiles
back at you in the dark test  stage.
