Hello Michiel, AI>> I saw an intersting development in the Synchronet echo and just AI>> thought I'd point it out here for anyone who might be interseted.. AI>> There is a new terminal for BBSs something live the java telnet AI>> applet but it uses flash. I haven't set it up myself yet but will AI>> be giving it a try soon. It's currently an open beta. AI>> AI>> http://flashterm.com MB> It looks only for Windows. It's a flash app.. should work with any OS that supports the flash player. The flash player on amd64 seems to be buggy but I am told it works as expected on i386. Aside from the flashterm web site you can also check it out at .. http://bbs.diskshop.ca/telnet.ssjs That BBS is running Synchronet/Linux. I think there is support for flashterm there as well but I haven't had a chance to have a good look. You need to open a socket for flashterm. I haven't figured out how to do that. The flashterm zip includes some php to do that but my website doesn't support php AFAIK so I haven't put it up yet. Might have to check out that support site and see if I can get some help to get it going. Ttyl :-), Al ...
