Usually MNP 4 is more efficient than v.42, but in this case v.42 is using
the larger block size, as well as Selective Rejection, which may improve
efficiency above that of MNP 4 (although I doubt SRej comes in here, as
that will reduce throughput). Does sound a bit high though, unless that ZIP
file was not well compressed (not unheard of).
