I think I'll pass on that, thank you!

It was a blast! Most of the kids knew why I was doing what
I did and got into the swing of things. There were a couple
of boys in one boat that took it all as a joke and were more
trouble than they were worth. Oh well, most of them enjoyed
it. (Besides, we got complimented on both how fast are
boat was and how well we sailed. )

DC>to lap the fleet! In the ligher air, the Lido's have far to

HN> Is the lark a catboat rig? Where is the mast on this little jewel of
 HN> Sequim Bay?
It's sloop rigged. However, the jib, at least the one I have,
doesn't reach to the shrouds. I think there is a larger one
that is class-legal, but it would have to sheet inside of
the stays.
BTW, I have access to "Big Red" and I'm considering using it
as 300% (that's right! 300%) gennie.
 DC>a set of dinghy races!
HN> Let us know how you did!
Well, as I mentioned in a previous post, not as good as I
thought we would, but, especially on the last race, a
respectable showing. I've got to work on starting strategy,
especially timing (we didn't even have a watch, let alone
a stop watch!). Anyhow, on that last one, we snuck up on
the whole fleet and gave them a scare!
Oh well, there's need summer season to look forward too!
... The best sailboat is the one you got to sail today...
