Better still. Write a nice letter to all the mags that advertise Victor.
Explain how un-responsive Victor has been and detail the entire story for
them. The explain how you feel the mag should no longer carry the ads
simply because Victor has demonstrated a lack of interest and support for
their customers. Then, before you mail the letters to the mags, send a copy
of it to Victor with a cover letter explaining to them that they have 30
days to respond to you or you will send out the letters. Works every time!
But remember, be nice about it.
