Hi Charles,
        I'm not sure of the model number. I put it into my storage locker. 
I'll have to get back to you on the model number. I do know it has a 15/5 in 
it, and that there are three power supplies on the rack, and it has labeling 
on how to run them as separate 5 amp recharge to gel cells, nicads, lead/acid 
wet cells and the like, or to run them in parallel as a 12 v 15 amp w/ surge 
to 20.
