You will see competition, but I doubt you'll see incoming calls for free
in the USA soon. The companies have had it the other way too long. I do
not see any of the companies willing to give up money they can get
without competition. None of the pcs providers will give this feature
either. There is too much money to be had by charging you the customer
for incoming calls.
