This looks like a bug - tracing.

Found it - not a bug as you are trying to take over from Ben and the current 
mod does not match
yours, hence the message.  I will adjust the current setting for this in 
ESSNASA but it also
needs a REPLY-TO line to clear out the current setting so will do that as well 
and then resubit
your last MOD-UPD.
