        Hello Joe, well, does this sound familiar to ALL our MODEM users

out there? YES!! We've all had the problem mainly because we've tried to

drive the modem Too fast, SURE, it may say 14400 BPS on the Box, but

really inside, it could be a 9600, or even a 2400. So my suggestion is to

just use it at a Slower speed IF your going to do File Transfers, if you

won't be transferring during a lesson, use the 14400 BPS speed, Okay, If

You still need help, Just Ask...
