I'm still in the learning stages of Internet networking. So a SMTP server
somewhere that receives a message destined for drakkar.mhv.net will not
find it in the DNS, so instead route it to mhv.net? Would you not then
have to be listed in your ISP's DNS?
I'd like to get my own domain name regardless, but the InterNIC procedures
dictate that I get my ISP (@Home) to list me in their DNS before I can be
listed in the root servers. @Home is dragging on the issue.
