Would they? Or would that result require re-electing until finally one person
gets enough votes?
When we vote for a major, you get to vote for all candidates and unless one
candidate gets at least five percent of the votes more than the second best
candidate, we get to re-elect between those two and then one vote difference is
enough to win.
