The error was coming up when attempting to run "mbaff
announce" & I think I
found the problem. The "new-lfn" file was my modified version of the
standard
"newfiles" template & I had all of my file announcements set
to use it. That
"new-lfn" file was missing, for some as yet unknown reason
(possibly lost when
I moved this MBSE install to the internet remote server), so the mbaff command
was failing because of the missing file.

system on a 64 bit system, which 0.92.0 won't compile on...
