It is pretty easy to work with ordinary tools. The sizes it comes in are
approximate: make sure you get something a little thicker than you think
you need and take it down to the needed dimension.

It's used heavily in the food industry as chutes and trays for moving food
around most via gravity. It's pretty abrasion resistant.

It also comes in inexpensive sheets with adhesive backing applied: peel and stick.
