It was actually a CONNECT 33600/31200 (or 31200/33600 from David's end), so
if nothing else, the Rx rate here was at its maximum speed.

It's QmodemPro which uses .sav for the scroll-back buffer, but at least it
calculates its cps rates fairly accurately.

Should be about the same speed, once the remote's transmit buffer is full.
