-> I don't know about where you live but around here the
-> TWRA people help the local police a lot. Perfect
-> example. We had an accident where a tow boat hit a
-> divers boat. The local SD asked the TWRA agents to
-> help them because the agents were at the dock where the
-> diver's truck was parked. There have also been times
-> where the TWRA has helped with finding pot plants.
Around here, the only major waterways are patrolled by the local
sheriff's departments (all of which have boats), the TVA Police :(, and
the Coast Guard.
TWRA is around, but not in force.
-> BTW, I currently do NOT have the local TWRA freqs if
-> you could help me I'd appreciate it.
I monitor on 159.240, but they also use 151.445 and 159.300, but being
digital, it's completely undecipherable.
Just noise.
