I think that's probably the case just about everywhere.  Certainly here.
There's lots of people that I just totally lost contact with when the
last couple of local BBS's shut down... I'm glad Mike's back with the
Holodeck, but most of the old crew haven't shown up there either. 
There's just a couple that I kept up with outside of the bbs scene. 
Most of them were only known online, so there'd be no way of contacting
them now....  :(
