Actually, _I_ only did it once.  It appears to be a problem with my
mail reader because there were several messages that were duplicated.
I'm not quite sure, but I think that when I re-edited my reply, for some
reason it duplicated it instead of just doing that one message.  I've
noticed before that it doesn't always save a reply, but this is the
first time I've noticed it duplicating replies.

Don't sweat it.  The only reason I bothered to post that part was as a
rebuttal to your (and several other people's) assumption that somebody
was automatically wanting pirated copies simply because they wanted to
be contacted via e-mail rather than in a public conference where it
would be off topic.  (Now, it's possible they were wanting a pirated
copy, but maybe not.)
