Hi Pat!
-=> Quoting Pat Knox to Wendy Buchanan <=-
PK> to get to. Sure hope that she finds it!
Me too, did she find any yet? That can be so frustrating!
PK> Don't feel that way!! We have great quilters, mediocre quilters, and
PK> new to quilting quilters. It is good to have someone to teach!
That's true but some of these ladies are awfully snooty.
It's this town, I think. Hate being negative about it
but I don't like that aspect of this place.
PK> Time saving tip. Thread five to ten needles on your spool of thread.
PK> When you need one just separate it from the rest. Pull out the amount
PK> of thread that you need and leave the rest on the spool. Another tip
PK> is to keep your thread from tangling keep a dryer sheet handy (Bounce,
PK> Snuggle, etc) and run the thread through the dryer sheet. Really
Thanks for the tip--I'm saving it to print out with some of my
other quilt tips. When I get the paper in the printer again,
that is. I've been putting it off because I have to
lean over the printer stand and get down on my knees and go
through all sorts of contortions to get it threaded into the
printer right. Maybe Richard Simmons will put out a video
and I can just "contort to the Oldies" or something? hehehe!
Did you solve your weird computer problem at last, or just move
the silly thing? Sounded so strange but it's not impossible.
Well we have been surrounded with tornado watches and now I'm
going to have to shut this baby down for a while. It's
springtime in Tornado Alley!
LadyBear Hugs,
Wendy
