AL> The My??????? keywords are used to build the EMSI AL> handshake packet. The reason for setting MyMaxBaud to AL> 9600 is the same reason that the NODELIST has no AL> entries higher than 9600. There are some systems that AL> cannot handle faster speeds displayed in the nodelist. Ahhhh, that would explain why the connect times with my mail hub node have varied from as little as 4 secs to as much as 41 secs (with no mail to pick up) as I have fooled around with those items. As for the MyMaxBaud rate and the nodelist, this doesn't seem to mean anything then since all connects are faster??? --- Maximus 2.02* Origin: DelaMarPenn MicroNet -+- Newark, Delaware (1:150/115) SEEN-BY: 50/99 78/0 157/534 620/243 622/419 623/630 626/660 665 667 668 633/2 SEEN-BY: 640/820 711/401 409 410 413 416 430 431 501 808 809 934 955 712/515 SEEN-BY: 713/888 714/906 800/1 7877/2809 @PATH: 150/115 6 1 270/101 396/1 157/110 534 626/660 711/401 808 809 934 |
