A testimony given by Art Bulla, the Apostle of Jesus Christ in these the
last days, being the Eyewitness of Jesus Christ and of His Father unto this
generation *and* having wrenched away, as it was intended by the Almighty,
the keys of the Apostleship from the Mormon Church in 1974 through the
instrument of Rex Pinegar, one that legitimately held the office of Seventy
in the Melchizedek Priesthood at that time, indeed the only true Apostle
left on earth:

FIRST VISION

While journeying on foot about 10:00 P.M.Dec 29, 1969, in the east, being
inducted into the armed forces the next day, being on the way to the bus
station to travel to the armed forces induction station in Raleigh, N.C, I
received the following vision, while on the road on foot:

December 29, 1969, while enwrapted in a heavenly vision, It seemed that I,
Art Bulla, was removed out of my body, or whether in the body or out of it
I could not tell, and I beheld his face, and He spake unto me face to face
as one man speaks unto another for forty-five minutes or an hour, and
whether in the body or out of it, I could not tell, for I beheld his glory,
which surpasses all understanding, and spake while in the vision, in a much
better tongue than any spoken by man at this time, which I supposed to be
the Adamic Tongue, my understanding being quickened by such might and
intelligence and power that it is beyond the mind of man unaided by the
Spirit of Revelation which dwells yet within me, to comprehend, and indeed
no words can convey, for it seemed that I was transfigured before Him of
whom I speak, my God in whom I bear record as others have before me, that
He lives, for I too have seen Him. And tongue cannot express his matchless
might, glory, power and intelligence, and I shall forever adore his glory,
for having once beheld his face and tasted of his love and might and power
and beheld things which I cannot convey, for there is no language, I must,
I MUST obtain his presence, and I shall not be content with anything else,
this world or its allurments. And having been ordained unto the Holy Order
of God which is after the Order of Melchizedec, even the Holy Apostleship,
the keys of which I hold, I bear record of my Father, for I have seen Him
and conversed with him, and I testify that He shall return in this the
Latter Day as soon as my people are straightened from this crooked and
perverse generation which shall be destroyed by the might of his power, and
that they be gathered out according to the Revelations which are being
given unto me, almost daily at this time, which is one of the darkest
periods and most wicked because of unbelief in the history of the earth,
that Zion may descend and that the heavens and the earth mingle and become
One, as prayed by the Only Begotten, even my brother Jesus of Nazereth.
Yea, my Father, I pray that thy will be done and thy Kingdom come on earth
as it is in heaven. Even so. Amen.

1 Woe to the crown of pride, to the drunkards of Ephraim, whose glorious
beauty [is] a fading flower, which [are] on the head of the fat valleys of
them that are overcome with wine!

hail [and] a destroying storm, as a flood of mighty waters overflowing,
shall cast down to the earth with the hand.

3 The crown of pride, the drunkards of Ephraim, shall be trodden under feet:

4 And the glorious beauty, which [is] on the head of the fat valley, shall
be a fading flower, [and] as the hasty fruit before the summer; which
[when] he that looketh upon it seeth, while it is yet in his hand he eateth
it up.

5 ¶ In that day shall the LORD of hosts be for a crown of glory, and for a
diadem of beauty, unto the residue of his people,

6 And for a spirit of judgment to him that sitteth in judgment, and for
strength to them that turn the battle to the gate.

7 ¶ But they also have erred through wine, and through strong drink are out
of the way; the priest and the prophet have erred through strong drink,
they are swallowed up of wine, they are out of the way through strong
drink; they err in vision, they stumble [in] judgment.

8 For all tables are full of vomit [and] filthiness, [so that there is] no
place [clean].

9 Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand
doctrine? [them that are] weaned from the milk, [and] drawn from the
breasts.

7 ¶ How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good
tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that
publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!

ADDITIONAL REVELATION?

The reason that most people who believe in the Bible say that there can be
no more revelation other than the Bible itself, is because in their
wickedness and rebellion, in the which they pervert the right way of the
Lord with their false traditions, which are the sins of the father handed
down to the children, which they, as all previous generations have done,
have stubbornly clung to in spite of reason or right, the true God, the God
of Art Bulla, will not speak to them as He has unto me, which voice in the
presence of two other parties beside myself had the power to shake the
ground upon which we stood. Or else they fabricate false science as before
the flood, namely evolutionary theory to explain man's origins, which
theory contradicts the second law of thermodynamics, and mathematical
probability theory. And thus mankind is left unto himself without God in
the world, for my Father which is in heaven cannot look upon sin with the
least degree of allowance, and thus His bowels yearn over them in the
flesh, for he will not force the human mind, or abridge freedom to choose,
either good or evil, and thus mankind is left unto himself in his wretched
condition of unbelief and desperate unhappiness, all the while outwardly
smiling unto themselves and others as if to say: "This is all we know
or ever have known, and therefor it must be right, for my parents and their
parents on back through the millennia, this is all they too have
known", and thus they perish! O my God, the awful state of mankind, so
eager for happiness and yet so unwilling to receive it upon righteous
principles! Wilt thou look down upon them in pity and mercy that they may
seek to know truth from thee, independent of their traditions that they may
seek to know the truthfulness of thy message which thou hast once more sent
forth in the earth that they perish not. O my God, may they be redeemed
from the grasp of death and hell, the chains of which even now bind them
down unto destruction. O my Father, may they gain salvation from these
things by being obedient unto me, whom thou hast sent as in ages that are
past, may they know by revelation from thee that these things and my
testimony which thou hast given me are true.

There has been another volume of scripture which the Lord God of Israel who
is true hath given unto your humble servant as in days of old through the
agency of the Holy Priesthood which is after the Order of the Son of God,
which keys I hold for this generation of men now living, and which judgment
hath been committed into my hands for this generation as that of Peter,
James and John for theirs, and for the House of Israel, which we under the
direction of the Father of spirits(see Hebrews) as Priests and Kings unto
the Most High God to rule and reign in the House of Israel forever, the
Jews being but one tribe thereof, Ephraim, another, being scattered into
Europe in 800 B.C. as per revelation unto me, ordained to the Apostleship
under the hands of One sent and sealed unto this power through the
ministration of angels sent from the presence of my Father which is in
heaven, who hath spoken unto me as in times of old. I, Art Bulla, have been
sent to gather Ephraim back out of the nation of her dispersal into which
she was banished in fulfillment of the words of Moses which he did speak
and write as recorded in the Book of Deuteronomy, and I have been sent unto
you with the same message that Jesus of Nazareth was sent to deliver unto
the Jews, from the Father of Heaven and Earth, for we are one. Will ye
reject me, O Ephraim, as the Jews rejected Jesus, my brother? Will ye learn
from their trials and subsequent afflictions? Will ye, O Ephraim, be
afflicted in future generations, as they have been in the past? The message
I bring as He did whose power is without match, is this, that if a man hear
my words and abide in them, he shall not taste of death, even as Enoch as
recorded in the Book of Hebrews the eleventh chapter, the fifth verse. And
I know that my testimony is true. And if ye, O man shall submit unto me, as
the Jews unto Jesus, then ye shall be filled with power from on High, which
shall cause your very frame to shake and feel as if your very bones shall
melt from the power thereof, if ye submit unto me, and He of whom I write,
shall gather you out and comfort you as a hen gathereth and comforteth her
chicks under her wings. Even so, pray unto my Father and He will manifest
unto you by the power of the Holy Ghost that these things are true and of
Him. Even so. Amen.

and laws which must be obeyed and may not be abrogated in the least by the
foolish vagaries and notions of mankind upon the points of my doctrine,
which doctrine was instituted for the salvation of my children from before
the foundation of the world upon which thou standest, for I the Lord God am
the same, yesterday, today, and forever and am no respecter of persons.

68 And I hereby set my seal, saith the Lord, upon this work and unto
whomsoever it may come, that it verily is through and of me, saith the
Lord, and doth teach men the right path which leadeth unto the eternal
lives and a spirit of peace will accompany this work to testify that I have
spoken it, saith the Lord God of the Lives.

69 And is the only true gospel which is authorized by the heavens and
recognized thereby.

70 Even so, be diligent and receive whomsoever I send, saith the Lord, and
if ye receive whomsoever I send, ye shall receive me, even Jesus of
Nazereth, whom the world in its pride and wisdom, and its multitude of
creeds and beliefs which are the very chains and fetters of hell, hath not
known.

71 Even so, until I come.

Revelations of Jesus Christ 1:67-71

6 Yea, thus saith the still small voice, which whispereth through and
pierceth all things, and often times it maketh my bones to quake while it
maketh manifest, saying:

7 And it shall come to pass that I, the Lord God, will send one mighty and
strong, holding the scepter of power in his hand, clothed with light for a
covering, whose mouth shall utter words, eternal words; while his bowels
shall be a fountain of truth, to set in order the house of God, and to
arrange by lot the inheritances of the saints whose names are found, and
the names of their fathers, and of their children, enrolled in the book of
the law of God;

William Tyndale translation of Hebrews 5:4-6 "And no man taketh honour
unto himself, but he that is called of God, as was Aaron. Even so likewise,
Christ glorified not himself, to be made the high priest: but he that said
unto him: thou art my son, this day begat I thee, glorified him. As he also
in another place speaketh: Thou art a priest for ever after the order of
Melchisedec."

1 Who is the Stem of Jesse spoken of in the 1st, 2d, 3d, 4th, and 5th
verses of the 11th chapter of Isaiah?

2 Verily thus saith the Lord: It is Christ.

3 What is the rod spoken of in the first verse of the 11th chapter of
Isaiah, that should come of the Stem of Jesse?

4 Behold, thus saith the Lord: It is a servant in the hands of Christ, who
is partly a descendant of Jesse as well as of Ephraim, or of the house of
Joseph, on whom there is laid much power.

5 What is the root of Jesse spoken of in the 10th verse of the 11th chapter?

6 Behold, thus saith the Lord, it is a descendant of Jesse, as well as of
Joseph, unto whom rightly belongs the priesthood, and the keys of the
kingdom, for an ensign, and for the gathering of my people in the last
days.

Teachings of the Prophet Joseph Smith, Section Six 1843-44 Pg.364:

I shall read the 24th chapter of Matthew, and give it a literal rendering
and reading; and when it is rightly understood, it will be edifying.

I thought the very oddity of its rendering would be edifying anyhow --
"And it will be preached, the Gospel of the kingdom, in the whole
world, to a witness over all people: and then will the end come."  I
will now read it in German [which he did, and many Germans who were present
said he translated it correctly].

Interpretation of Scripture

The Savior said when these tribulations should take place, it should be
committed to a man who should be a witness over the whole world: the keys
of knowledge, power and revelations should be revealed to a witness who
should hold the testimony to the world.

3 Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I
will make an everlasting covenant with you, [even] the sure mercies of
David.

4 Behold, I have given him [for] a witness to the people, a leader and
commander to the people.

(Old Testament | Isaiah 55:3 - 4)

1 And now, behold, I say unto you, that ye ought to search these things.
Yea, a commandment I give unto you that ye search these things diligently;
for great are the words of Isaiah.

2 For surely he spake as touching all things concerning my people which are
of the house of Israel; therefore it must needs be that he must speak also
to the Gentiles.

3 And all things that he spake have been and shall be, even according to
the words which he spake.

4 Therefore give heed to my words; write the things which I have told you;
and according to the time and the will of the Father they shall go forth
unto the Gentiles.

Revelations of Jesus Christ 5:97-99

And I, Jong Kim, bear record, as given me of the Holy Ghost to know, of the
vision of the Prophet Art Bulla and of his holy calling as the Lord's
anointed and as the Apostle of Jesus Christ to this generation and of his
teachings. Yea, Art Bulla is the One Mighty and Strong. I also bear record,
as given me by the same Spirit, of the teachings of Jesus Christ and of His
ancient Apostles, of Joseph Smith the Seer, who is the other latter-day
Apostle of Jesus Christ, of Brigham Young and of the prophecies given
through Isaiah and other prophets and revelators and seers of Jacob, found
in the Bible and the Book of Mormon. In the name of Messiah, Amen.

3 Behold, I would exhort you that when ye shall read these things, if it be
wisdom in God that ye should read them, that ye would remember how merciful
the Lord hath been unto the children of men, from the creation of Adam even
down until the time that ye shall receive these things, and ponder it in
your hearts.

4 And when ye shall receive these things, I would exhort you that ye would
ask God, the Eternal Father, in the name of Christ, if these things are not
true; and if ye shall ask with a sincere heart, with real intent, having
faith in Christ, he will manifest the truth of it unto you, by the power of
the Holy Ghost.

5 And by the power of the Holy Ghost ye may know the truth of all things.

6 And whatsoever thing is good is just and true; wherefore, nothing that is
good denieth the Christ, but acknowledgeth that he is.

7 And ye may know that he is, by the power of the Holy Ghost; wherefore I
would exhort you that ye deny not the power of God; for he worketh by
power, according to the faith of the children of men, the same today and
tomorrow, and forever.

8 And again, I exhort you, my brethren, that ye deny not the gifts of God,
for they are many; and they come from the same God. And there are different
ways that these gifts are administered; but it is the same God who worketh
all in all; and they are given by the manifestations of the Spirit of God
unto men, to profit them.

call upon the Father in my name, with a broken heart and a contrite spirit,
then shall ye know that the Father hath remembered the covenant which he
made unto your fathers, O house of Israel.

16 And then shall my revelations which I have caused to be written by my
servant John be unfolded in the eyes of all the people. Remember, when ye
see these things, ye shall know that the time is at hand that they shall be
made manifest in very deed.

17 Therefore, when ye shall receive this record ye may know that the work
of the Father has commenced upon all the face of the land.

18 Therefore, repent all ye ends of the earth, and come unto me, and
believe in my gospel, and be baptized in my name; for he that believeth and
is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned; and
signs shall follow them that believe in my name.

45 ... Behold, I testify unto you that I do know that these things whereof
I have spoken are true. And how do ye suppose that I know of their surety?

46 Behold, I say unto you they are made known unto me by the Holy Spirit of
God. Behold, I have fasted and prayed many days that I might know these
things of myself. And now I do know of myself that they are true; for the
Lord God hath made them manifest unto me by his Holy Spirit; and this is
the spirit of revelation which is in me.

47 And moreover, I say unto you that it has thus been revealed unto me,
that the words which have been spoken by our fathers are true, even so
according to the spirit of prophecy which is in me, which is also by the
manifestation of the Spirit of God.

48 I say unto you, that I know of myself that whatsoever I shall say unto
you, concerning that which is to come, is true; and I say unto you, that I
know that Jesus Christ shall come, yea, the Son, the Only Begotten of the
Father, full of grace, and mercy, and truth. And behold, it is he that
cometh to take away the sins of the world, yea, the sins of every man who
steadfastly believeth on his name.

(Book of Mormon | Alma 5:45 - 48)

Yea, now the Spirit beareth record of the words of Alma, at 10:13 pm. (The
above passage is especially concerning the Lord's first advent. Behold, He
returneth surely in this our lifetime as a thief in the night.) In the name
