A) Week after week, month after month? Impressive.

Personally I'd not like to even try to carry stuff I used to over distances
I used to at speeds I used to. But if all the young lads were streaming
away from you...you'd end up either slowing them by being slower or by
being as fast & then suddenly damaging yourself.

I have friends of my age who used to do similar things & their knees
are b*ggered. I am lucky I only have some "crunchy back".

B) You don't have to be slow to die, you only have to be slowest.

C) In the mil age we are entering into....the young are better at video
games as well so that rules out the sedentary useage as well...
