INCRement simply adds to the variable. It doesn't do anything else.
{INCR %count,100} Would add 100 to the value of %count.
{INCR %count,5} Adds 5 to the value of %count.
{INCR %count} Adds 1 to the value of %count, since 1 is the default for 
              the second argument.
