There is differences of opinion about it.
I suggest , to get the liquid water it has to be 0-100C.
And if at the top of that range everything would
be quicker because chemical reactions go quicker
and more frequently in high temps. AND the earth
was cooling.
Some have suggested moderate temps not far from
what we have now, and some - Miller himself suggest
that HCL in ice melting from mountain tops may play a
part of the origin primal soup makeup IIRC.
Also just how hot is important too. The farther back
you go the hotter - BUT too far back and you are in
the zone of bombardment where meteorites hit the
earth and Moon (note all its craters from
that era) and any life
would be annilated over and over with each new
explosion - maybe.
