No.  Keiko gave birth when the Enterprise collided with a cosmic
string.  Worf was in charge of the rescue efforts and had to be
pressed into midwife service when she went into labor.

That episode, the reason Riker wasn't affected was because he had a
broken arm.  The pain made him an unsuitable host.
