You'll need to find what is called UUCP software for RA, Bob.. If you
had WILDCAT Software, I could tell you more..  Then find a Dial-Up
provider that doesn't cost a fortune.. Wish i could tell ya' more! 
BTW: Request CARDIAC now - it IS ON THE BACKBONE!! YAYYY...
