Yes the court determined that when hubby remembered FOR THE FIRST TIME 7
years after her heart attack and just after she got 700,000 dollars for
medical care that his wife wanted to be starved to death so he could
inherit all the money that these were obviously her wishes beyond any
reasonable doubt.

If the above description is accurate I wouldn't have such a problem. My
problem is that there seems to be credible evidence that both the above is
not an accurate description of her condition and that she never said she
wanted to be starved to death so hubby and his common law wife could
inherit all the money. My problem is with the complete lack of concern in
wanting to do pet scans and other diagnostic tests that haven't been done
either ever or in the last 10 years BEFORE we starve her to death in front
of her mother.
