tests which are not really designed to measure IQ.

Reliability is not based on what you think, any more than what
you think 2+2 equals.  IQ tests are proven to be reliable.

When it comes to race, you should thank God that you're
not a US citizen.  Predominantly black schools receive
more government money than white schools yet black scores
are still far below those of whites.  And, for all the
money whites pay for black education, we get thanked with
blacks who murder whites and are made heros by the black
community.

Yeah, and there are so many factors that go into the temperature
than you default to no differences in the average temperature

should be concern for their welfare).  And, many humans
give up their rights when they trespass on the rights

Literacy tests should be a precondition for American
citizen ship.  What's wrong with that?
