  It would take more than the wishes of both family and spouse  for me to
be convinced.  I would put the doctors' diagnosis and prognosis above those
of the family.

  The judges are not qualified medical professionals and can only rely on
the reports and testimony of qualified medical professionals.   There would
be no point in the Judges seeing Terri for themselves.
