A quick perve at my Binkley logs for the last 12 weeks shows around 9-10
files which came through at an indicated 4000cps or faster, but they're
basically all too small for the cps stats to be considered accurate
(nothing over 50Kb).

The DL to which I referred earlier, and which Russell Brooks also observed
at the time, was done with either QmodemPro or Livewire/2 (not sure which
one it was now), and the zipfile size was around 1400Kb.

If you still have your Binkley or Maximus logs from ~3 months ago, why not
do a text search for "CPS: 4nnn" (or whatever), as I get the
distinct impression that unless Arthur sees it in black and white, he won't
be convinced. :)

Regards, Bill
