It includes a link to the one video driver that ought to work for you. 
(The other driver has serious issues and will not work with DOS prompt
boxes.)  I checked that the weblink still works this morning, at:

It has (several?) download links from there for the 'SciTech Display Doctor
7'.  (Take note of the comments in that how-to PDF about it.)  Since it is
a previously-available commercial product, it needs to be 'registered'
however the company no longer exists in order to register it with.  With
the copy I have, I was able to enter this registration information, to
activate the driver: S/N: Name: CSCKnight ... Serial: 0B5E-12B4-A8A4-0B.
