Hi! Ed, On Wed, 05 Feb 14, you wrote to me: EV>> The old W95 laptop is an Acer, so probably its a custom W95, but EV>> I still could try. EV> Where At?, Paul, Check out the how-to PDF that I created based on an web forum, at: http://members.dodo.com.au/~colgilly/original/Windows%2095&98%20guest%20OS.pdf It includes a link to the one video driver that ought to work for you. (The other driver has serious issues and will not work with DOS prompt boxes.) I checked that the weblink still works this morning, at: http://majorgeeks.com/download382.html It has (several?) download links from there for the 'SciTech Display Doctor 7'. (Take note of the comments in that how-to PDF about it.) Since it is a previously-available commercial product, it needs to be 'registered' however the company no longer exists in order to register it with. With the copy I have, I was able to enter this registration information, to activate the driver: S/N: Name: CSCKnight ... Serial: 0B5E-12B4-A8A4-0B. For a bit of light entertainment, there are some interesting things related to my vBox PCs at: http://members.dodo.com.au/~colgilly/Page2.html There are a couple of other PDF captures of other web forums dealing with running Win9x in vBox doovers as well, that might be of interest but not mandatory reading. While we're on the subject of entertainment. I think you will enjoy this weblink: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P99p6l8v0FQ It's just a lot of people having a great time at an airport terminal. Turn up your volume! :) Cheers, Paul. ... "Hey!
