Wow!  I got it this afternoon.  My wife didn't tell me but we received a
notification card in the mail on Friday, to go to the post office.  She
went down this afternoon after finishing work, and just plonked it on the
kitchen table without telling me.  Of course, she knew I'd go to the table
at some time.  :)

The contents make fabulous reading.  I'm flabbergasted!  You seem to have
gone to a lot of trouble to find the booklets, let alone the expense.  I
don't deserve it.  I had hoped you'd forgotten or that you'd meant
something else.  It was a truly pleasant surprise!
