RB> I proved that it is the lines, back at the begining of the year when RB> I was in FNQ. Since then, some careful politicking has turned up an admission from a senior Telstra manager that there _is_ dynamic line bandwidth sharing (read limiting) hardware now fitted on high traffic trunks and exchanges. FNQ is a low enough traffic area that the equipment hasn't been fitted..:-( It has to do without the latest "benefits". ........ RB> NOTHING CHANGED AGAIN. Except maybe Telstra are fiddling with lines RB> somewhere. No maybe. Cat's out of the bag irrevocably. RB> IT HAS TO BE THE LINES. RB> I'm sold.
