Thank You!, I will look into learning about the WD8013 cards.
Tom Walker mailed Windows for Workgroups 3.11 to me long ago that
I hadn't placed on the 486 yet.
Would WFWG 3.11 have all I need to use my SMC card with IBM PC-DOS 7.0?
