I just noticed one of those cards sitting on top of my PC!  It's identical
to yours, except for the serial numbers.  It was pulled from the
second-last PC that I took offline... ah, but which one... mmm.  Probably
my old P-III that died in October 2010 (running Puppy 4.12), which got
replaced by a new Dell in November of that year.

Oops, my bad.  I should have checked the version of DOSbox that I used; it
was v0.63, a very early version.  Oh, well.  It did some things that I
wanted but I moved on to VMware after that, and was unhappy with that as
well.  Then I discovered VirtualBox.  Whoo!hoo!  :)
