A friend of mine has a Pro-46 hand held scanner. It's been modded for
cellular already, and appears to work just fine. What is the "vintage"
of this unit, and in good to "fair" condition, what is it worth on the
market these days? It has no box, instructions, just the radio, a rubber
duck, and wall-charger. I want to offer him a fair price, but am not
sure what would be good, or an insult!
