RB>> I proved that it is the lines, back at the begining of the year when RB>> I was in FNQ. DH> Since then, some careful politicking has turned up an admission from a DH> senior DH> Telstra manager that there _is_ dynamic line bandwidth sharing (read DH> limiting) DH> hardware now fitted on high traffic trunks and exchanges. DH> FNQ is a low enough traffic area that the equipment hasn't been DH> fitted..:-( Whats the frown for.... I think thats great news...for them DH> It has to do without the latest "benefits". Seems that most "Benefits" these days, ONLY benifit the inventor. Is this what they are calling multiplexing, I had heard a rumour along these lines earlier....I just hoped it is not too wide spread Tell me, when telstra changed your billing from residential to commercial, did your service improve. What I am getting at is, if you run a BBS from a private line and ask for your hybrids to be trained on your line cards, you probably will get ignored or laughed at... but if you are now paying business rates, then you should be attended too within 3 days max. and they should do as you ask. Is this happening.??? Or are you just paying for a service that you are not getting.
