This type of service to US customers only serves to increase the
frustration we in Europe experience.
You are fortunate in that you are dealing with the real SUPRA folk. We
in the UK have to deal with DIAMOND people who know little and care less
about modems, their main concern being Video cards.
When I last spoke to Diamond UK support, they indicated that there was
no upgrade available for the foreseeable future, let alone a sysop
upgrade.
I can understand your appreciation of the support you are getting. Too
bad it is so geographically limited.
