Are you sure you even have an Olds engine? How about posting the fifth 
charactor of your VIN and I will check. In '78 Olds used 350's from Buick, 
Chev and Olds. I have not seen about using a Ponitac though. Of course maybe 
Pontiac had extra room in thier casting plant and made the castings for the 
Olds heads. I sure Olds was busy making the 350 diesel for every other 
division that year so maybe they farmed the gas 350 head casting out.
